To reach it, guests must exit the apartment, go up a staircase, and access the room on the first floor. Additionally, the sofa bed in the living area provides extra sleeping space, making the apartment suitable for 4 to 5 guests.
Please note that the apartment is not accessible by car. The nearest parking is 300 meters away, and the walk to the apartment is downhill, while returning to the parking requires an uphill walk. The apartment is situated above a restaurant, so there may be some noise until 23:00. Although there is no balcony or terrace, the stunning sea view and the unbeatable location in the heart of the old town create a truly memorable stay.

- 30% of total amount + service fee must be paid at the moment of booking
- 70% must be paid 7 days before arrival
LATE ARRIVAL / CHECK-IN - for arrivals later than 21:00h (max. at 00:00), you will be charged 15 EUR for the late arrival fee.
- Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival → full refund except the service fee (25 EUR)
- Cancellation 7-30 days before arrival → the agency retains 30% of the total amount + service fee
- 0-7 days before arrival → no refund
